We require at least one hour to set up a soft play package. If your package includes a bouncy castle or bubble house we require at least an hour and a half to ensure we have safely secured the area for your children
However, depending on the package and decoration you choose, we may require longer. - upon confirmation this will be discussed.
Please ensure we have access to your home/ venue to set up at the time agreed
If we turn up to the venue and they do not allow us access. your set up time will be resteicted due to us attending other events and we are working on a tight schedule. However, we will do our best to ensure your set up is completed to perfection!
Please ensure the area you wish for us to set up is clear of any items as we will not move any items which are not owned by little party company.
Hire time is up to 4-6 hours, with collection the same day. However, unless agreed otherwise, you can extend your hire for an additional cost per hour and we can arrange next day collection.
We offer hire of our soft play and bounce house equipment Monday to Sunday, with standard hire hours from 9:00am - 9:00pm, with a maximum time frame of 6 hours.
Should you wish to extend your hire beyond our standard operating hours, an additional fee of £20.00 per hour will apply.
An overnight hire option is available for an additional £70 with collection taking place the following morning
If overnight hire is required at a venue, prior permission must be obtained from the venue to ensure they are happy for the equipment to remain on site and that it can be stored securely overnight.

Depending on your package you will required to pay a damage deposit of either £50.00 or £80.00 this is fully refundable subject to no damage on our equipment. Damage includes the following:
• Tears
• Rips
• Deep Scuffs
• Damages to Zips/Buttons
• Broken / Missing Items
• Damaged Teddies / Books & Props
• Deep Stains which can’t be removed
We take photographs and videos of your set up, we then compare them to when we arrive back to collect your equipment. We check all our equipment which was hired out to you and if there is no damage we will refund you, however any form of damage noticed you will not receive it back under any circumstance.
If the damage is excessive we will be going via our insurance company who will contact you after your event to resolve the issues raised.
If no damage has been reported we will refund your damage deposit back to you and it can take 3-5 working days to receive back into your bank account, we will make you aware once it has been processed.
Upon booking with us, you will be sent a client and safety consent form these are mandatory and must be signed by the client, if you do not agree or sign the consent forms we won’t be going ahead with your booking.
